New PAYE Regulations mean that virtually all employers are required to file their Employer Annual Return (P35 and P14s) online from the 2009-10 tax year onwards. The 2009-10 Return is due by 19 May 2010.
HMRC may charge you penalties if you do not do this.
From April 2011 employers with less than 50 employees will have to file their leaver and starter information (P45s, P46s etc.) online as well. If you do not, you may again be charged a penalty.
Many of our clients have chosen to let HB perform all their Payroll duties for them, saving them time, money and taking away any worries.
