HB Accountants & Paradise Wildlife Park invited local KS1 & KS2 school pupils to pick up their pens, pencils, crayons & chalk and put down their gadgets. We wanted to encourage the local children to get involved in our “Get Creative” Design a Dino-Egg Colouring-in Spring Art Initiative.
Both HB Accountants and Paradise Wildlife Park share many of the same values. Well-being in the workplace being one and giving back to the community a close second. Both businesses have been local to Hoddesdon on the Essex, Hertfordshire borders for over three decades.
At an early age, creativity helps with self-expression. It provides the opportunity to try out new ideas, new ways of thinking and problem solving. Mental health is very real issue and with creativity fostering positive mental growth in children – we want to do everything we can to encourage more creativity in the local community.
We are super excited to announce that The Mayor of Hoddesdon, Cllr Steve Wortley helped to choose the KS1 & KS2 winners.
Huge congratulations to KS1 winner Ralph from St Cross Catholic School in Hoddesdon and KS2 winner Deshna from Forres Primary School in Hoddesdon.
Both winning artists have won a family ticket to Paradise Wildlife Park & HB Accountants will donate £100 to their school respectively.
